Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NoExperience.org handles information and how the services currently used on this website may collect or process data.

Information You Provide

NoExperience.org currently provides two public forms. The Contact form collects a name, email address, subject, and message. The Corrections form collects a name, email address, the relevant page or article URL, a description of what appears to be incorrect, and any suggested correction or supporting information.

These forms are provided through Contact Form 7. When you submit a form, the information is transmitted to this website’s WordPress installation and email delivery system so the message can be received and, when appropriate, answered. Email delivery is handled using FluentSMTP and the site’s configured email provider. Submitted messages and related delivery information may remain in the relevant email and operational records. No fixed retention period is stated because one could not be verified.

NoExperience.org does not sell names, email addresses, or other information submitted directly through these forms.

Website Analytics: StatCounter

NoExperience.org uses StatCounter for website traffic and pageview analytics.

The NoExperience.org StatCounter project is configured with StatCounter’s official “Opt out of using Statcounter cookies” setting. StatCounter therefore records pageview activity without setting its normal analytics visitor cookie. Cookie-dependent unique/returning visitor and session measurements may consequently be less precise.

For more information, see StatCounter’s privacy information and its analytics-cookie refusal option.

Google AdSense and Advertising Cookies

NoExperience.org uses Google AdSense to display advertising on pages of this website.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website and/or other websites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized ads to users based on their visits to this website and/or other websites on the Internet. Depending on a user’s location, choices, and settings, Google may instead serve non-personalized ads.

Users can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Users may also opt out of some third-party vendors’ uses of cookies for personalized advertising through the AboutAds industry opt-out tool.

For more information about the data Google receives and how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Cookies and Browser Controls

Google AdSense and StatCounter may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and distinguishing first-time from returning visitors. You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings, although doing so may affect some website or third-party features.

Career Finder Tools

The Career Finder and Career Transition Finder process answers locally in the visitor’s browser. Answers remain in the current browser session and are not transmitted to NoExperience.org or a third party, and they are not stored by the tools in cookies, local storage, session storage, or a user account.

Third-Party Websites

NoExperience.org links to websites operated by other companies, government agencies, organizations, or individuals. NoExperience.org is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, accuracy, or content of those third-party websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Data Security

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information submitted through this website. However, no website, email system, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact NoExperience.org so that the matter can be reviewed and the information removed when appropriate.
